Just 5 minutes’ walk from Turangi town centre, Creel Lodge is a 4.5-star Qualmark rated motel offering self-contained suites with a private patio and BBQ facilities. We didn't pay too much attention when booking this accommodation, as we just wanted a place to rest for a night after the Tongariro Alpine Crossing and before driving to Wellington. What a lovely surprise this place was! I absolutely loved staying here - spacious and clean rooms, a comfortable bed and a covered terrace in front of the apartment. Even though we didn't get to use the kitchen, it was supplied with pretty much all apliences one would need. Some details I appreciated and haven't seen before were the parking spots next to every apartment and the Netflix account the apartment had for guests. The gardens were pretty and well kept. However, I have to admit that what helped tremendously with my experience at the Creel Lodge hotel was the beautiful and incredibly friendly cat that decided to make us his friends and waited for us to wake up the next morning in front of our door.

White Heron Motor Lodge is just 2 minutes' drive from the centre of Gisborne and 7 minutes' drive from the beach and the airport. Management was super helpful in providing suggestions for restaurants, shopping, etc.

The owners were so friendly and being able to talk to them in person made everything so convenient. The accommodations were just a short walk away from Lake Taupo, and the views and landscapes were absolutely stunning.

Miranda Kaplıcaları'na yaklaşık 33 km uzaklıkta yer alan deniz manzaralı Waiotahi Valley Lodge spa ve sağlıklı yaşam merkezi, bahçe ve teras sunmaktadır. This was one of our favourite places in our month-long trip in NZ. It had an amazing location, with huge beautiful gardens and lovely views. It was located uphill (which was a bit of a challenge for our small car, but once up, we didn't want to leave). We were upgraded to a lovely double room which opened up to the garden. The shared spaces were excellent, such as the well-kitted kitchen, outside sitting areas, and the large bathroom. The hot tub and breakfast were a great bonus too! Our hosts were very nice, friendly and chatty and we would certainly recommend staying here!

It is a home from home and full of its own history with classic furniture.

Gems is a wonderful location that is rig by at the start of 90 mile beach. The beach is expansive and the appearance of wild horses made it special. Accommodations are very comfortable for an overnight stay or longer. A great location in Ahipara!

Even though we only had a single overnight stay at Chalet Cullen, we must say it’s on our top ten experiences of what we have had during our 6 weeks vacation in New Zealand. The unit was fine and cozy, and with a great view to the beach. The local radio station (FM 90.4) plays pop/rock from the good old days. What’s not to like. We can only give our best recommendations.
