Paraíso Douro AL is located in Lamego, 2.8 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary, and provides a balcony, garden, and free WiFi. The property features 10 rooms and 7 bungalows. Wow what a place to stay. The facility itself is impressive but the views even more impressive. The big challenge is getting there. A bit out of downtown Lamego and not easy to find even using Google maps. Missed the turn off three times - better signage would definitely help. Long winding road to get up to the facility so driving to get there late at night - need to be careful

Situated in Geres, in a historic building, 700 metres from Geres Thermal Spa, Chalet Villas Gerês is a recently renovated villa with an outdoor swimming pool and garden. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Susana and Tomás were incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly, they made our stay as comfortable as it could possibly be. The property itself is brand new and gorgeous, and the surrounding area of Gerês and beyond was just amazing to visit and explore. Very highly recommended.

Featuring a swimming pool, a garden, a bar and views of the pool, Muas Guest House is set in Vila Real and offers accommodation with free WiFi. What a view! We got a balcony room overlooking the mountain and towns below, as well as the pool and cute bar area downstairs. The room itself is quite small, but the bed was great and we really stayed here to be near the scenic area and Fisgas de Ermelo, the truly epic waterfall within a 20 minute drive of the property through the beautiful mountain area. The host was great, friendly to talk to and gave us some great tips (plus a quite good affordable bottle of wine for the evening). Make sure to bring dinner with you or stop before you come for the evening as there is nothing in the immediate area. Breakfast was quite good too. There is also a pool and hot tub, although it was too cold for us to use those (even in July). Overall, if you're driving through the area, it's worth a stop!

Situated only 12 km from Natur Waterpark in Peso da Régua, Casa das Vinhas Velhas by Casa do Poço features accommodation fitted with a balcony, garden and seasonal outdoor pool. This cabin was the best place to stay in the beautiful Douro Valley. The hosts, Fernando and Cecelia went beyond to welcome us, offer suggestions for touring, and make us feel at home. We wanted to stay a month in this amazing area!

Featuring river views, Solar do Cávado in Vieira do Minho features accommodation, a shared lounge, a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. We booked the double room with balcony and had a magnificent river view. The room was bigger than I thought it was going to be, based on the size in the description. Everything very clean. The drive to the property with narrow, winding roads. Good thing they serve a delicious, inexpensive, dinner, because I didn’t want to drive that road too many times. We had good access to Geres National Park hikes, but we felt very secluded. Breakfast was included in the price and had everything you want, including eggs and bacon. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.

The host was extremely nice, the house was beautiful, the view from the bedroom was amazing and even breakfast was great

The apartments are clean and cozy with all general purpose things you could need for your stay. The surroundings are amazing, forests with mushrooms and trees. Also great for kids to be able to learn about farm animals and rural environments.

Offering an outdoor pool, Equinaturi is set in Santo Tirso, 24 km from Porto. Braga is 26 km from the property. I like the property it was so bright and green right in mountains and has amazing swimming pool and place to park the car.

Set in Apúlia and only 200 metres from Pedrinhas Beach, Trehus Apúlia offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. With garden views, this accommodation features a terrace.... This place is fantastic, first line from the sea with excellent views. The accommodation is very well equipped and very comfy, with private parking. It far exceeded what we expected. We will be back.
