It's right next to the Festival Hall which was perfect for me, as I was attending a concert there. The bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows!

Location was fantastic for what we needed to do. A big shout out to the staff, who were wonderful especially one gentleman who was covering the desk during our stay (I didn't get his name unfortunately). He couldn't have been more helpful with directions and his sense of humour was great. Breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was ample storage for clothes and luggage. The gym and pool were good, the chilled water filter was also a nice touch. Great location with shopping centre and tram stop right across the road, and Marvel Stadium is only a short walk away.
