It was tucked away from the hwy so not a lot of noise. Very cute. There are no Hotels in the area, this was a good alternative. There is a little restaurant attached. People were really nice.

Tyler the manager was one of the most gracious people I’ve met while traveling. We were supposed to take the ferry across from Tobermory but there were high winds and waves and we didn’t know if it was going to run. 24 hours in advance he advised me to cancel the room, he’s waive the fee, but still hold the room in case we were arriving. I was in touch with him the next day several times updating our progress after we canceled the dodgy crossing and decided to drive around the east side of Georgian Bay. By the time we arrived that night road weary I felt he was my next BFF. The room was all that we needed and on the back side of the motel there was no road noise whatsoever. We had our dog with us and that’s one reason we chose this property.
