The room was extremely clean and relatively inexpensive for Switzerland. The hotel was convenient to the train station, and right next to the lower station of the funicular. The desk manager was very helpful. The included breakfast was good, including hard boiled eggs, croissants, toast, jam, cereal, whole milk, juices, coffee, tea and yogurt.

Breakfast was excellent, as well as the room and the comfort. The view was really exquisite. We enjoyed staying there and it is one of the best and nicest hotel staff we met with.
The family-run Hotel Delfino has a privileged location close to the lake shore and next to the pedestrian area which leads into the heart of the city of Lugano.
