Located on a gorgeous beach on a calm lagoon, great for snorkeling and kayaking. Lovely friendly staff, they let us check in early. Restaurants and shops nearby. Excellent cold fridge and they filled up your ice bucket for you. Good internet.

Great spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable facilities overall with nice swimming pool and pool bar - ability to get food pretty much anytime without needing ti leave the resort. Able to do laundry too which was great! the food was pretty good for a hotel restaurant.

10 out of 10. Amazing place next to sea. All Indonesian staff are friendly, supportive and kind. They arranged pick up from RAR airport for nominal fee but if running public buses are available since property is on ring road. A 24 hours open supermarket only 10 minutes walk away. I highly recommend KiiKii motel.

Our trip was amazing, however there was one theme that was a huge put off. Some of the places we went had absolutely horrible attitudes towards us. Rude with no greetings and sour faces, it is not nice to be treated like that. This was NOT at every place we went but it was enough times to stand out. Apart from that....it was a fun filled trip

Rarotonga is a great place to visit.
Rarotonga is a great place to visit. Its layed back and the weather is very nice. The beaches are great. We ate at Supper Browne in Tupapa at their cafe which was reasonably cheap steak meal. The local food on the early morning on Sunday was fantastic. Going to the movies could be good for young couples to spend some quality time without being too occupied with big expensive activities.

Enjoyed staying on the island of Rarotonga.
Enjoyed staying on the island of Rarotonga. Also did a day trip to Aitutaki. Both places were great for snorkelling, need water shoes to protect your feet from the coral. Night markets offered delicious food. We used the local bus to get around the island.JoanCanada - 10Scored 10
There is something special about this place.
There is something special about this place. From the moment we stepped off the plane, we felt so relaxed and welcomed. We stayed at Club Raro Resort (Adults Only) and I can only speak highly about this accommodation. They have amazing staff and the restaurant offers the BEST ribs on the island! Rarotonga is so relaxed and peaceful, all the locals and business's are really friendly, helpful and welcoming. You can use your New Zealand dollars, so no need for exchanging money before your trip. Easy to get around the island via rental car, scooter, bike or bus. Koka Lagoon Cruises were excellent! Four hours of fun, beautiful fish to see, snorkeling, yummy lunch and an entertaining show on an island. Happy Hour at The Edgewater Resort were a great price and so good. I've been here twice now and Raro will continue to be my annual holiday from now on.

There was also a pool if you preferred to swim somewhere away from the sea. The resort is only a short walk from lots of amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, car hire and the museum. Also we were able to attend the Muri night markets a few times which was a fun alternative to restaurant food. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and obliging at short notice. They have kayaks and snorkeling gear that you can borrow. It is within walking distance of markets and restaurants, and the bus stop is nearby too. The apartments have everything you need; a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, fans, or air conditioning too. Desiree is wonderful, and she will leave you bananas and bread your first night too. Just Paradise!
