The Lion & Pheasant is a beautiful place. Great room could not fault it at all, food and drinks first class but best thing about the Lion & Pheasant is the staff, all very welcoming, very helpful, friendly and professional. Numerous times we have been in the area and never stayed overnight, identified the Lion & Pheasant as the best place to stay and certainly was not disappointed. Everything about the place is first class, friendliness and location. Will be returning again very soon.
