Breakfast was diabolical, too long and over Cooked. Surroundings were mucky, the cleaner serving food. Inflexible on choices

Roadworks on main road so dfficult to find way off main road to property. We ate out as the kitchen was so dirty. Lots of floods around the area. We will not go again.
No. 4. We wouldn't recommend Lingwood for anything.

Lingwood is actually quite a handy destination for the broads as crossing over the a47 leads you to panxworth/ranworth area. As an ex local, I would wholly advise taking EXTRA caution taking any turnings from the a47 into the village as they are notoriously bad and there have been accidents. It can seem like you’re never going to get across but please do be patient and you will get that gap you’re waiting for rather than scooting across 2 lanes of fast flowing traffic.

Lovely spacious property and great for our family.
Lovely spacious property and great for our family. Did not like that they had a curfew at 9pm for loud music or noise as we have two boisterous boys.
We had to drive for 20 minutes or more to Great Yarmouth or others areas to find places to eat in town. Need to have a car to get around as we’re not sure if local buses go to this area.

This was a really good value stay., clean and comfortable.
This was a really good value stay., clean and comfortable. We were going into Norwich house hunting and coming back to the peace and quiet each evening was very welcome. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a seating area which means that for longer stays you could either cook or bring back a takeaway and not be forced to eat in your room.
The only thing we would say is that there was not much in the way of food/drink available in the immediate area and you very much need your own transport to get around. Due to our schedule we didn't investigate buses but you are a long way from a main road so probably unlikely.

I loved this place! It was like a home away from home. The bedroom was spacious, clean and the bathroom lovely. The hotel itself is a little dated, but for me this added character and only enhanced the overall experience. It was lovely waking up to a splendid view. The train station and local shop is only a short walk away and it was very quiet. Catherine that Cat was a welcome resident and the horses also lovely. Very much enjoyed my stay and hope to return again.
Short stay at Lingwood was a great choice. We were super happy with the accommodation. We had to book after previous booking cancelled at short notice and anything on the coast was nit accepting dogs. We were fortunate to get some time here and it was perfect for our first trip away together. Good location as a base to explore and was spacious, well furnished, good facilities in the kitchen and comfortable. Thank you !!
Good way to experience countrylife in cottage-like selfcatering, watcing the horses grace in front of your door and listening the birds. Lingwood is a nice small village, which is reachable by train and by bus from Norwich and Great Yarmoth.
Perfect for our friends wedding at lingwood church.
I was worried after reading the reviews, so pleasantly surprised when we arrived.
Beds were comfortable, though the bedding was cheap & well used it was clean.
Room was clean with small fridge which was very useful.
I liked the shared kitchen facilities.
Great that dogs are welcome.
Lingwood is a good location being in between Great Yarmouth and Norwich.
Everything was ideal for me all I could want so roomy and comfortable and only 5 mins from my daughters in Lingwood.
Bathroom a few paces along passage with instant hot water most impressed.
Lingwood Hall is a beautiful, old building. The rooms are a good size and exceptionally clean. The outdoor swimming pool was heated to 30 degrees and was lovely to relax in.
