Right location, close to everything. Staff were extremely helpful, nothing felt like too much trouble. One thing we loved is the bar, it was ideal for the evening. Meant my husband and I were able to sit in the bar having a drink, whilst our little girl was fast asleep. As previous venues, we’ve have to go back to the room early.
Just a few minutes’ walk from Newquay’s beaches, Magnuson Hotel Sandy Lodgel offers family-run accommodation. There is a free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Great location in the centre of town and right next to one of the beaches. Breakfast was superb - lots of options for continental and a lovely, non-greasy fry up! The bed was super comfy and overall, all staff were Very friendly.
It was very strange having the owners in a little caravan...
It was very strange having the owners in a little caravan right behind our tent literally within 5 feet of our tent very uncomfortable and didn’t feel like we could do anything we wanted. Also having the other guest text 3 feet in front off us was not nice it’s just not what we expected and thought it would be private which it was not the tents need to be modernised and updated needs alot more lighting around the property and tents the owners where lovely but if you’re planning on glamping I would not recommend as this is more like camping in someone’s back garden with complete strangers. They offered some croissants and fruit in the morning free off charge which was sweet. But other than that it’s not somewhere I’d stay again also if you want a lay in don’t bother as you’ll get woken up at 5-30 in the morning by a cockerel
