I liked the location of the hotel and that the receptionists were very helpful. I was also positively surprised at breakfast, when I saw a huge line and was like: "well, now we need to wait..." but for my surprise, the whole hotel was so well organized - everything was at its place and no waiting time for breakfast at all. Moreover, when it started raining, the hotel also had a solution for this - and one could lend for some pounds an umbrella.
In addition, we had a change to make in our booking and also here the hotel was exceptionally helpful. I am very very happy that I chose this hotel and I will recommend it to anyone who visits London their first time.

The hotel reception and public areas were fantastic and all the staff were friendly and approachable. The room was clean and a good size and we had everything we needed. The hotel is in a great location. Even though there was a long queue for breakfast the staff worked hard to get you seated as quickly as possible.
