Amazing staff, facilities and prices (we booked on a weekday so I know it'll be pricier other times). Our room was ready early, staff were super helpful and the room, view and the winter gardens being right in the lobby was spectacular!

The hotel and the grounds were lovely. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were actually taken aback by how lovely they were. That’s everyone from the desk clerk, maintenance, spa staff and the staff at the bar.

We arrived late at night and the reception staff was lovely. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing, possibly the best in Yorkshire. Location was also very good.
