Stayed here for 2 nights and found all the staff so welcoming, friendly and happy to help with anything. The room was very spacious, modern and comfortable . Very good air conditioning in room. We found it to be a very quiet hotel and poolside. Good pool and sun lounges. The rooms, poolside and other facilities felt very hidden away in such a busy area which was really nice and made it nice and quiet. The breakfast was also very good and staff were constantly topping it up even though it was very busy. We didn’t any other food here but it looked nice and people were constantly eating at the restaurant throughout the day

the host was very sweet and welcoming, they were able to accommodate us very well and welcomed us with sweets. there were coffee free coffee and hot water, even though breakfast was not included in our room plan. The hotel was clean and the rooms large. Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The staff was very nice and very caring. They helped us find a driver to Batumi. The breakfast was spectacular and delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel❤️
