Hotel is near to dal lake ghat no. 2.Location is perfect and dal lake is just walking. The staff was very friendly, cooperative and kind. The rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here., rooms are tidy and clean. It does have a restaurant available so no need to worry for food. although food was good will surely recommend anyone for next stay.

Houseboat Zaindari Palace is in a very good location quiet part of Dal Lake with a mountain view. The rooms are spacious and the washrooms are super clean. Management is also very helpful. The breakfast and dinner are tasty The staff are friendly, and give honest advice about tour/bus/travel itineraries and costs. I would definitely recommend this place:)

We had a great time in the houseboat. I really like this place. Ibrahim was very kind and helpful.they cooked really delicious food. The houseboat is nice and the rooms were comfortable, they have a good heating system. The location is perfect... I highly recommend it I will definitely come back again

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of this place. Everything about the boathouse was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

We only stayed here one night before a tour, but booked a junior suite with a river view. Whilst we were slightly disappointed that the neighbours plants had grown up and pretty much spoilt the water view it was a lovely hotel.
