The place is located in some industrial zone but there is a peaceful park in a close area. It was beyond blissful to go for a walk here!
The room was cosy and clean. Potable water, coffee, tea, milk and some sweet breakfast stuffs were available. Smoking area outside. There were also business cards with some recommended restaurants to go which was super helpful! It was warm and cozy inside.
I see there are some comments with complaints about noises: the room is located in the owners' house and there are LIFE SOUNDS that are quite normal, at least for me. I didn't mind it at all.

The room was comfortable and a good size. The bathroom was functional and the shower had acceptable water pressure. The bed was very comfortable.
