I was simply amazed - at the place, the staff... everything really. It is a really nice place to stay at during your visit in the region. The place is really quiet, the views are amazing and you're very close to several trails and tourist attractions, including Monte Sibilli (I highly recommend hiking there). There's parking, the area is very safe and you are very near town, where you can do shopping, eat at a local restaurant and find a gas station. You have at your disposal everything you need, including fast wi-fi and a washing machine.

We stayed in May and it had just been completely renovated after the earthquake of 2016. Comfortable room simply furnished. New amenities. We were given a bonus tour of the castle and it's history. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast consisted of many pastries, cold meats, etc. Close to the town of Pagesse-Santa Maria where there are many little restaurants. Had the best pizza in Italy at Il Sole.
