Hotel was beautiful absolutely loved that every floor was truly an era of art. We started our trip to Japan with Art Hotel and ended our trip with Art Hotel. Rooms are big, clean and spacious also staff are very helpful and welcoming to guests. Excellent customer service! Hot spring baths was amazing definitely an experience of culture.
