The swimming pool is perfectly positioned with tropical gardens. Complimentary afternoon tea was a surprising bonus. The location is within easy walking distance to markets, shops, cafe's and the famous PUB STREET..I would highly recommend The URBAN as excellent value and the perfect location.

We really enjoyed our stay, we had a superior room for 2 nights which was lovely! We then extended our stay and stayed in a double room and this was very basic and had a lot of issues (tv screen smashed, shower leaked, and toilet seat had fallen off to name a few). Breakfast was great and timings were good, restaurant also made great food! Staff were lovely :)
