The city is very clean and safe. So many activities to do. So many places to see. You don't even need to sign up with a tour company to visit places of interest except to see the gorillas. You can take public transport or a taxi, or a Moto (motorcycle taxi) to any destination, although the busses are crowded. World class art galleries....and beautiful nature...and many more good stuff.

Kigali is a beautiful city—the cleanliness, calmness and general orderliness—it’s a tourist’s delight! I enjoyed my tour of the Genocide Memorial: it’s a well thought out idea. Kigali’s functional city infrastructure; street lights, well done pavements, speed limits, disciplined driving and the constant innovations are such a breath of fresh air. It had been a while since I visited and I highly recommend it!

Spectacular city. Extraordinary people.
Spectacular city. Extraordinary people. The genocide memorial is a must. Humanity at its worst and how the country has turned around. Remarkable and to be commended. Absolutely safe. So beautiful. The roads are spotless clean.
Radisson Blu is always a great choice for a relaxing stay in Kigali. The panoramic views are breathtaking, and the staff is absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is clean and elegant, and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options. The only minor issue I encountered was that sometimes the water from the shower would come out and make the room a bit dirty before it was cleaned. However, overall, it was still a fantastic experience!
I have never in my entire travels felt cheated and exploited like this. The image is very deceptive. There is no pool, and the room is tiny. You can't even move around the bed. You are given a small space, and everything else is shared. They kindly offered me a master bedroom, but it didn't make any difference. Even though I had paid for the stay, I left immediately and got myself a better place in the city centre.
My flight was delayed by several hours and I was slated to arrive well after 12 am. I made a request and the hotel prepared a late meal for me and left it in my room. This was a life saving gesture and really revealed a lot about the beautiful nature and hospitality of the staff here. I was able to use the messaging through the booking.com app which the staff monitors diligently. This is a fantastic hotel!
It’s a very comfortable place to stay in.The location is very convenient as it is close to shops and restaurants and transport is very accessible.Alice the receptionist was very helpful and she made my stay easier as I was a tourist she helped me navigate the city .I really enjoyed the breakfast which had a variety of foods and very filling .The neighborhood is very safe I would regularly take night walks .
It's a good place. The location is good - 15 minutes by walk to City Centre, but the taxis don't know where it is (you need to use navigation). There is a very good Dubai restaurant & spa in 5 minutes from Guesthouse. The area is building, but it's safe. There is a good kitchen you can use, even breakfast was included (but don't expect much), the room was good, the stuff was nice people.
I got homely environment. Staffs and owner is very coordial. Guide me lot about rwanda and African Culture.
Security is also very strong.
I could see and showed my friends the beautiful kigali view from the place.

It was clean and quite good location and value for money. I liked Iza Serene City Centre Apartments though finding it was very difficult as there’s No sign up to show it’s an Apertment but we later did after making rounds in the Area. I would recommend to Friends and I will come back next time
The location is good, close to the city center. The rooms and toilets are neat and clean, and the service is very good. The family lives in three rooms, and there are three toilets that are particularly convenient. The price/performance ratio is very high, and I will book it next time.
It's an eye candy to see so many women working around day and night. The view from the hotel is exceptional. Staff is friendly and supportive. Food is exceptional too. My stay was outstanding overall. This hotel will be my first choice if ever I visit Kigali again.
The hotel service is excellent and my needs are always well met. Moreover, the hotel's catering is very good. The restaurant's price is moderate and the taste is very good. The waiters are also very attentive. I will recommend this hotel to my visiting friends.
I liked the quality of the property and the price....My stay at the hotel was pleasant. Cleanliness was top notch. Lovely view. The whole experience was great. Will be back.
