Hotel is in a good location and walkable to beach, restaurants, shopping and the pier. But hotel was run down and needs a major update & upgrade. Front desk was not responsive to report of noisy guests next to us.

Compared to the rest of Southern California, it was pleasant. I noticed the cleanliness, no graffiti, and the traffic flowed well. There was adequate choices of shopping and restaurants. Nice and pleasant over all. It wasn't infested with gangs like the rest of the state is. OOPS, I forgot, that is who runs that state!

The receptionist was friendly and efficient, it’s in a good prime position but Needs serious work to make it decent ( clean and in good repair)
Very dated and dirty - pool was closed by authorities only a week ago because of this
Sofa in the room was disgustingly dirty and the carpet was filthy
The hairdryer did work it only if you held a button in the whole time ( almost impossible to use) my husband had to press in the button while I dried my hair !
2 nights here was way too long
Being charged $30 to park was poor too and of our 6 week trip this is the only place we paid to park in the grounds

I can't stop bragging about the location of this property.
I can't stop bragging about the location of this property. It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Since the dog beach is only about 1.5 miles away the dogs had a great time meeting new friends. The price was reasonable and I would absolutely stay again and again and again!! Don't miss out on this hidden gem!

The thing about Huntington Beach is if you come on a Monday, it’s not as crowded as the weekend. On Tuesdays nights, they have a little festival for the locals with crafts paintings really amazing food and multiple entertainers an old classic rock band with too many more features to acknowledge, this is on Main Street I came to go surf the pier and it was the best. I also went to Costa Mesa to see the Chargers football training camp which is only 10 minutes away. Definitely recommend Huntington Beach everybody’s really nice.

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like. This hotel goes above and beyond. As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by the staff opening our doors. They helped get our stuff out and up to our room. Each time we came or left they vallet would retrieve our car. Super short walk to the beach and only two blocks from the Main Street with lots of shopping and restaurants. It’s also next door to a fun little shopping center. We ordered breakfast one day and it was the best room service we’ve ever had. Would for sure stay here again.
The room was large and comfortable, and the beds were great. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute drive to Huntington Beach. There is a cute outdoor shopping mall across the street from the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of outdoor parking. Parking is 10 USD per night, which is cheap compared to other hotels/locations where you can pay 40 USD per night.
Location was great! It is not on the beach but just a few blocks away. We could see the ocean from our door. The staff is very happy and friendly. The location was on PCH but it was quiet with the door/window closed. Strong hot shower. Mini fridge in the room, but it froze everything. If all you want is a clean basic hotel room for a good price, this is the one for you.
Awesome customer service, easy check in, beautiful hotel! Me and my wife stay here regularly. We love the spa room! We had an amazing time this weekend and would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel! No complaints at all!! Good parking, restaurants close by, beach walking distance. We look foward to coming back!!! THANK YOU SURF CITY!!
This property is so cute and at a reasonable price! it’s right across the street from the Huntington Beach Pier And Huntington Beach Boardwalk with all the stores and restaurants on it. The rooms were very clean, the beds were so comfy and the blankets were so soft. The bathrooms were very nice. The managers were so amazingly kind too.
Clean rooms, beautifully landscaped, multiple pools, water slides that the kids preferred to the beach, hot tubs, excellent breakfasts at Watertable Restaurant, friendly staff, bottled waters whenever we requested, built in beach access with no worrying about parking, centrally located in Huntington Beach for walking to destinations.
everything was great: staff, resort was beautiful and
had everything (coffee shop, two great restaurants,
surf rental, pit fires at night for s’mores, hot tub open
late), located right on the beach with short distance
from the pier and centre, beautiful room with balcony
towards pools and view to the ocean
Beautiful hotel in the absolute best location in HB, situated on the PC Hwy near all the fun shops! The room we had was facing the beach with a pier view, and the private deck was definitely the star of the show!!! The room was very clean, bathroom spacious, and breakfast was excellent. Will be returning.
Let me start by saying Ralph is the absolute best. Super nice, smile on his face and will whip you up some pancakes in the morning. The hotel is only 2 min from the beach, and they will lend you chairs, umbrellas if you need them. The room was big and it was nice having the hot tub in our room.
A totally solid economy hotel. They make effort to minimize plastic waste…everything was clean and comfortable. Short walking distance to beach, restaurant, grocery. Yea it’s on the highway but safe crosswalk light crossing nearby. Exceeded expectations and value for price is on point.
This hotel is a pretty cool location. There is everything you need close by. We found multiple good restaurants that we plan to visit again. The rooms have been redone and are pretty nice. I like that there was no carpet and very roomy.
location was amazing, most central, close to everything. the hotel decoration is just great, clean, modern, great surf vibes and dining. for family there is entertainment options.
