The room was clean. Desk people are nice. The facility does not have a washer/dryer for guests. Many sports tournaments are played near by. Parents need to sometimes wash or at the very least dry hand washed clothes for 6am departure the next morning. The breakfast is not worth it. I wasnt happy with the choices of cereal. The eggs are dry, and choped into little specs. Powdered eggs, maybe? They were not real. I saw waffles, not sure if they had pancakes, definitely no french toast. The bagels and bread seemed old.
Breakfast is very important for athletes.

We enjoyed the very delicious breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and drinking in the bar.
We had a lovely time relaxing in the sauna, steam room and swimming in the pool.
We were very impressed by all the dedicated staff.
We stayed three nights and had a great time.

The front desk and restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpfull.
Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Getaway Villa- 3 mins to Mohegan- Fully Stocked with Two Full Beds & Fireplace- Jacuzzi, Saltwater Pools, Sauna is set in Norwich.
No social distancing, no mask requirement l, etc.
Room was very spacious and clean! The beds were a bit too firm for my taste. Free casino shuttle is available and they do offer breakfast but we didn’t make it in time to have it. For the price and location I would stay here again even if the bed is a bit too firm.

We went to visit family because Norwich is home.
We went to visit family because Norwich is home. It is very close to both casinos if you are coming to gamble or see a show. Mohegan Sun is my favorite but that could be because I worked there 17 years.

Room/bathroom was clean and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the bacon and smoothie drinks. The toaster could be faster in toasting the bagels. Overall excellent location to be near the Mohegan Sun Casino Resort and local restaurants and shopping.

It’s close to the casinos.
It’s close to the casinos. Also lots of fun stuff for families to do especially on summer. We ate at Foxwoods and great food but service was lacking a bit. The museum T Foxwoods is great. Mohegan Sun fun to look around and shop. A short drive from mystic ct with the aquarium and seaport. Also near RI beaches.
Booking.com really messed up my stay but the staff at the Holiday Inn were amazing! I wanted 2 queen beds as I was staying with a friend and when we got there...there was no such arrangement. Turns out booking had an option that said "If available on day of booking" and I didn't see that. Onil at the front desk, was the only person I spoke with and he was amazing. He explained to me what happened and offered to comp me in any way he could. he completely turned my experience around.
We will most defintely be staying there again!
Are room smelled terrible, like wet dig and spoiled milk. When we checked in they gave us are room, then we asked them to change us to another room because it smelled awful. Then the next room smelled even worse. We changed again. Thus room smelled too but we were sick of changing ingredients rooms so we excepted, terrible mistske!. This hotel is so bad, don't book there or you'll be sorry, if you do and you have read this, you'll kick yourself for not taking my advise, you have been warned.
The Hotel is excellent. My Husband and I were visiting there because we went to concert at Mohegan Sun. It was also our Anniversary. Spent time in Mystic Village and Seaport. Also downtown Mystic was very nice. Very nice restaurants. Especially the Mariner Restaurant. My husband and I got to use the Pool ---Very Nice! Nice warm water!......Marriott Courtyard also serves cookies,,,,Oatmeal raisin & chocolate chip cookies were very good.....Given extra towels when needed,
Mike, the front desk and master of all trades man was wonderful. He was friendly and very helpful. We came back to the hotel very late and didn't know how to use our room key to enter the hotel. We rang he bell and Mike opened the hotel door for us. He also checked both our keys and told us our keys worked, We apologized for waking him up and went to our rooms to sleep.
We needed a last minute hotel when our original plans fell through. The front desk gentleman was amazing, he offered to buy me a small bottle of wine since it was my birthday and we already had a terrible experience at our original destination. The room was super clean!
The hotel rooms were great, the beds were comfortable and gave more than enough pillows. Towels were changed on request promptly also. Facilities were good and the staff were super helpful everytime assistance was required.
There is no reception in building… I have to go and look for entry to other hotel in rain with suitcases. When I finally found it, the card to the hotel wasn’t working… so cheap
Daytime manager lady was very welcoming. The area felt safe as a solo female. Lots of stores/services not too far. Hotel neighborhood was quiet with lots of trees.
