Our first room had a leaky toilet. Informed front desk and laid towels down to absorb the excess water. While we were at dinner, while syaff arranged for a new room a staff member entered our room without informing us and therefore without our express permission and laid out additional towels on the bathroom floor. Didn’t feel like our privacy was respected. Staff was subpar with friendliness. Spoke too fast during check in. Felt info was memorized, automatic and not personal. Had to ask to repeat the info which was difficult to process m.
