The place itself is quiet with a relaxing atmosphere very suitable if you just want to relax and chill. Aside from all this, the hospitality, understanding and friendliness of the owner is like no other! He was very helpful, punctual and flexible with us. I would definitely consider this place as my first option again if I wanted to relax and wind down a couple of days

Villa is big and fits a large family with variety of indoor and outdoor sitting areas overlooking the wide golf field with a clean pool convenient for kids and adults. We had everything we needed from toiletries, towels, clean sheets and a well equipped kitchen. Owners were very nice and responsive from the booking time until checkout, smooth and easy checkin and checkout saves time and hassle with clear instructions.

The apartment was - clean - has a lot of commodities - shutters which makes it very convenient to sleep after sunrise (compared to having curtains or blackouts. - The kitchen had many appliances. - trash gets collected from in-front of the building very frequently - Having a roof with a barbecue to enjoy with family was very nice. - being able to see the pool from the balcony made it easy to see when to go to the pool - it is in the 2nd floor but the stairs are made very well that it wasn’t hard to go up or down at all The sea is very clean and having a heated pool was very convenient. There is delivery to the property which is convenient . Security is always around and helpful The owner is very helpful, he shared a ton of locations, google maps links to facilitate the stay, he was always available when we had a question The property is very convenient for a family due to having 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms.

Mr.Yehia was super helpful and very responsive. He drove all the way the night before just to make sure everything was ready for us. The unit was very clean and equipped with all the facilities required. Check in and out was amazing. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and the resort facilities. For sure we will visit again soon.
