Beds very comfy…I so so highly recommend! Not forgetting the well equipped bar! All we had to do was to bring our own drinks. What a weekend!

What a charming cottage in a beautiful location! From the moment we pulled it through the gate, I loved it! The old stone cottage has been beautifully updated and decorated. The cottage is clean and cozy and very well equipped with everything we could have needed. Lily left fresh eggs, bread, milk, butter and jam for our arrival. She was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The cottage is in a very quiet location surrounded by beautiful fields. We used Waze to find our way. This is a place you will need to have a car as it’s way off any main roads. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.

4 Bedroom, 15 min to Limerick city Quiet Retreat., a property with a garden, is set in Limerick, 20 km from St. Brilliant spot, close enough to Limerick for an easy drive in, but far enough away it felt like we were staying on a farm. The cows across the road helped with that also! Host was easily contactable and very helpful. House was clean and spacious. Made good use of the laundry facilities and the large bath.

Situated 29 km from The Hunt Museum, Breathneach House features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Quiet rural neighborhood. Owner was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend again!

Sporting Lodge Shanagolden is located in Limerick, 41 km from Thomond Park, 42 km from Limerick Greyhound Stadium, as well as 42 km from Limerick College of Further Education. The house is situated in the beautiful countryside of Shanagolden with a perfect view of Shanid Castle and it's only a three minute drive from the village which was ideal. The scones on arrival were such a lovely touch from the owner and were much appreciated.. It's a great house and was loved by everyone who stayed there. We will definitely book this house again in the future.

I wish I knew the fridge was fully stocked for breakfast items as we stopped at a store and purchased the same items to cook a full Irish breakfast. I'm sure the next guest will put the items to good use. We hope to come back for a longer stay to explore my wife's family ancestry area, and meet with the locals who know the history of the area.
