We liked everything, the facility is beautiful, excellent view, even better food. Sabrina is very kind, whatever we asked her she managed to get. All the other workers are very kind, an added plus is that you don't have to go out to restaurants, you can buy everything at the accommodation, the menu prices are very affordable. It is very clean and peaceful.

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. 1. Villas are located in a wonderful, paradise like area and surrounded by the village. I could feel the local vibes but still I was feeling very safe ( there is always someone minding the place). The ocean is clean and safe for swimming once tide is high and excellent for long walks once tide is low. 2. Each day 2 bottles of water were delivered to villa, which made so much difference as we did not have to walk and carry water ourselves. There is also very good selection of teas and coffee available plus a safe in case you want to keep your belongings there. 3. The staff is the biggest asset there. Very helpful and always ready to help. They organised our trips the way we wanted. There is no need to go somewhere else to feel safe and happy, while exploring this beautiful island. 4. They have this beautiful lady there who prepared the most amazing sesame seed bread. Must try! 5. Whole place is very clean and food great. In summary this was our first trip to Africa so we were not sure if going directly without travel agent is not a mistake. It was not we had fabulous time.

LIONS VILLA ZANZIBAR - Private Cook & Infinity Pool - ON THE SEASIDE er nýlega enduruppgerð villa í Kiwengwa þar sem gestir geta nýtt sér sjóndeildarhringssundlaugina, garðinn og veröndina. The property is absolutely stunning - such a peaceful place with amazing surroundings. But what impressed us more was the hospitality of Davies and Paola. They were very flexible with early check-in/late check-out and payment settlement. Davies was always around for anything we may ask! Super attentive, hospitable, and helpful. We really felt like guests at someone’s home. We definitely recommend this option for stay in Zanzibar - the reality will exceed your expectations.

RoRi Private Luxury Villas er nýenduruppgerð villa í Bwejuu, nokkrum skrefum frá Bwejuu-ströndinni. Boðið er upp á einkastrandsvæði og sjávarútsýni. The location with direct access on to a beautiful beach plus 5 mins taxi from Paje, where there’s plenty going on. The staff were all lovely. Ricardo was so quick to respond on everything, helpful and informative as he’s been in Zanzibar for so long. The breakfast was amazing delivered straight to our door. We had the private chef option, which was delicious and very reasonably priced. The villa was big and cool. Everything worked. The pool was lovely and we were very relaxed there with our 2 kids (a baby and a child)! Thanks to the team

It was my first time in Africa/Tansania and I was a bit nervous at first how the property will be but the moment we arrived we all felt simply wonderful in this villa, decorated with lots of love. The Pool was the Best of All! We enjoyed our chit chats at sunsets or the first morning plunge before we had coffee at the specialis terrasse. The staff welcomed us with so much kindness! I felt a bit like in Bali, Indonesia where I used to live in a similar house. Make sure you are aware of electricity issues of the country. The extremely nice, friendly and easy to communicate owner Klaudia got all under control :)
