We liked everything, the facility is beautiful, excellent view, even better food. Sabrina is very kind, whatever we asked her she managed to get. All the other workers are very kind, an added plus is that you don't have to go out to restaurants, you can buy everything at the accommodation, the menu prices are very affordable. It is very clean and peaceful.

Absolutely Everything!! Paulette our host was more than superb. Nhema attended to our every desire. We cannot rate this villa highly enough. We stayed over Christmas as all the reviews said the food was amazing, and we can only say it was way beyond our expectations!! We celebrated with a performance from the masai and then the most wonderful 5 course Christmas Dinner that we will never forget. Company and food was just so special. Our rooms were so tastefully decorated and had everything that you may have forgotten to pack. Hotel was always spotless. Staff were so polite and efficient. Swimming pool was perfect too as the beach can get busy. All l can say is that if you are looking to stay here, you will leave with happy memories and a promise to come back. Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. 1. Villas are located in a wonderful, paradise like area and surrounded by the village. I could feel the local vibes but still I was feeling very safe ( there is always someone minding the place). The ocean is clean and safe for swimming once tide is high and excellent for long walks once tide is low. 2. Each day 2 bottles of water were delivered to villa, which made so much difference as we did not have to walk and carry water ourselves. There is also very good selection of teas and coffee available plus a safe in case you want to keep your belongings there. 3. The staff is the biggest asset there. Very helpful and always ready to help. They organised our trips the way we wanted. There is no need to go somewhere else to feel safe and happy, while exploring this beautiful island. 4. They have this beautiful lady there who prepared the most amazing sesame seed bread. Must try! 5. Whole place is very clean and food great. In summary this was our first trip to Africa so we were not sure if going directly without travel agent is not a mistake. It was not we had fabulous time.

LIONS VILLA ZANZIBAR - Private Cook & Infinity Pool - ON THE SEASIDE is a recently renovated villa in Kiwengwa, where guests can makes the most of its infinity pool, garden and terrace. The property is absolutely stunning - such a peaceful place with amazing surroundings. But what impressed us more was the hospitality of Davies and Paola. They were very flexible with early check-in/late check-out and payment settlement. Davies was always around for anything we may ask! Super attentive, hospitable, and helpful. We really felt like guests at someone’s home. We definitely recommend this option for stay in Zanzibar - the reality will exceed your expectations.

Featuring a private beach area and views of sea, RoRi Private Luxury Villas is a recently renovated villa located in Bwejuu, a few steps from Bwejuu Beach. The location with direct access on to a beautiful beach plus 5 mins taxi from Paje, where there’s plenty going on. The staff were all lovely. Ricardo was so quick to respond on everything, helpful and informative as he’s been in Zanzibar for so long. The breakfast was amazing delivered straight to our door. We had the private chef option, which was delicious and very reasonably priced. The villa was big and cool. Everything worked. The pool was lovely and we were very relaxed there with our 2 kids (a baby and a child)! Thanks to the team

Everything new, elegant and comfortable,clean rooms, clean and cool pool, easy acces to the magnificent beach...food was delicious, everything fresh, the stuff and owner very friendly and welcoming. 5 stars experience, highly recommended!

Comprising pool with a view and a garden, Villa Kikadini is a recently renovated accommodation in Jambiani located close to Jambiani Beach. We liked everything! Assante Sana! It was my first time in Africa/Tansania and I was a bit nervous at first how the property will be but the moment we arrived we all felt simply wonderful in this villa, decorated with lots of love. The Pool was the Best of All! We enjoyed our chit chats at sunsets or the first morning plunge before we had coffee at the specialis terrasse. The staff welcomed us with so much kindness! I felt a bit like in Bali, Indonesia where I used to live in a similar house. Make sure you are aware of electricity issues of the country. The extremely nice, friendly and easy to communicate owner Klaudia got all under control :)

Situated in Kiwengwa and only 41 km from Peace Memorial Museum, CDM Villas Kiwengwa features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.
