South cave is a beautiful little village, every garden seems to be well kept. The people are very friendly and there are some lovely cafes with home cooked food at a very reasonable price. A mystery person makes woollen toppers for the post box, it was a dragon when I went and it apparently gets changed every few months. South Cave has a couple of pubs and a few shops, it's a very pleasant and well kept large village. Then there is Cave Castle. The grounds of Cave Castle are splendid and an ideal place to relax and unwind.
