Set in Dubai with direct access to the Mall of the Emirates, Aspen Chalets by Kempinski features a year-round outdoor pool and award-winning spa, SENSASIA Stories Spa. The service is amazing, they allowed us a very early check in and standard checkout was at 12pm. The facilities are beautiful and the location is great to get to all parts of Dubai (nice and central). I’ve stayed here before and I’d stay here again!

The cleanliness, silence, storage space and room functionality are extremely important for me and it all reached my expectations. That was my second time staying in Time Asma and they didn't disappoint. My room was fantastic, spacious, quiet and in great conditions. The location is very handy too. Thank you for making my 10 day stay, pleasant.

Rose Park Hotel - Al Barsha, Opposite Metro Station in Dubai features 4-star accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre located just 60 metres from Mashreq Metro Station. Nice decorated room, well organized hotel. I stayed in uae in 3 different hotels and only here was possible to use cold or hot water in the bathroom. The metro is just few meters. About the location around the hotel i dont know, we were not walking there, just had 1 day, but also have supermarket in few metres.
