Loved Debora at the front desk, not only is she friendly, she’s also attentive even during people checking in and out en masse all day every day. All the other staff are great too, most understood basic English but would definitely help if you speak Spanish or Portuguese

Ideally located in the trendy and touristic Lapa District, where guests will find an array of entertainment options and can enjoy the local nightlife, Days Inn by Wyndham Rio de Janeiro Lapa is 2 km... hotel was great, we stayed for 4 nights over Carnival. breakfast was amazing with lots of selection. clean rooms and quiet (we were 7th floor). they let us check in early as we arrived a few hour early and as it was busy they were happy to let us in the room. staff were lovely.

Américas Granada Hotel has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Rio de Janeiro. Staff were super friendly and service was great except when the pool bar is open it is almost impossible to get anything from the restaurant. It took 40min to get a Coca Cola up from the downstairs restaurant. They should just say “no service at the pool” and I would’ve got it myself. Other than that a great value stay.

Hotel Atlantico Prime is situated in Rio de Janeiro's city centre and offers accommodation with a restaurant, private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. I enjoyed everything about the place. The price was nice compared to others around the same area, and the structure overall is great. The breakfast is also very good and the room/shower are clean.

Diamond Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Santos Dumont Airport, and just 200 metres from Marina da Glória. It provides guest with free WiFi and parking is also kindly offered free of charge. Room was large and clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport. Unfortunately I checked out too early for the free breakfast.
