Very comfortable and good size room, modern design, everything is new. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Very helpful and attentive, English speaking staff. Good location, close to the historic center, but on a quiet street. Definitely will recommend this comfortable and safe hotel to my friends.

I rarely give 10 out of 10, but this stay in Santiago really exceeded my expectations. The hotel owners, Ramón and Oriana, are really doing everything they can to make their guest's stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, way beyond what they are obliged to do as an hotel accommodation providers. They helped me a lot to orientate myself in Santiago, woke up earlier when I needed to leave very early to make me a breakfast, offered additional helpful services free of charge (washing my clothes) and in general being really kind and attentive. If they continue with this attitude, I have no doubt their hotel business will be very successful. I hope I'll be back in Santiago soon and I already know where I'm staying the next time I visit :-)

Bem localizado no centro de Santiago, o Hotel Casa Aure oferece buffet de café da manhã e WiFi gratuito em toda a propriedade. Os funcionários são ótimos, principalmente os da recepção! Sempre muito amigáveis e solícitos, certamente tiveram um papel muito importante em tornar a minha estadia muito boa e o fato de ter recepção 24h ajudou muito a me sentir mais segura. O espaço para comer tem uns sofazinhos e mesas que vc pode sentar e tomar chá, café ou suco em qualquer horário, achei bem agradável e usei quase todos os dias! Além disso tem câmera em todos os lugares comuns, o que achei muito bom também. O café da manhã era delicioso, com uma dinâmica um pouco diferente do que estamos acostumados em hotéis no Brasil, mas não teve um dia que eu não tenha saído estufada de tanto comer. A localização é muito boa, muitos museus, parques e prédios históricos nos arredores, menos de 10 minutos andando da estação de metrô, além de ter ponto de ônibus quase na frente do hotel e ser super fácil de chegar do aeroporto.

Com localização conveniente no centro de Santiago, o Hotel Boutique Casa Conde fica a 2,2 km do Museu de Arte Pré-Colombiana e a 2,7 km da Movistar Arena. The small staff is always so helpful and story nice (as are the owners), rooms are super quiet and super clean. The location is very close to the airport bus and other public transport. Overall the vibe there was also great. Not like a hotel more like a very big house. Never felt crowded at any point. I came back five times for all my stops in Santiago.

O Matildas Hotel Boutique está situado em um Palácio Patrimonial reformado em Santiago. Para sua comodidade, o WiFi é gratuito no local. Our garden view room was lovely and quiet, with bright windows a comfortable king bed and high ceilings. The breakfasts were superb with many choices. We enjoyed the back garden every afternoon. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was going well for us. They also have access to a guide who will do walking tours, driving tours, anything you want.

Oferecendo piscina ao ar livre, um spa e centro de bem-estar, o The Singular Santiago dispõe de acomodações em Santiago. O WiFi é gratuito no local. This hotel is amazing. Your morning will start with a delicious two-course breakfast of breads then eggs cooked to your preference. The rooms were spacious, with a large workstation (I bring my laptop while traveling to process photos). The beds were comfortable; they even had turn-down service! Bathroom was clean, shower had amazing water pressure. Location is right next to a vibrant restaurant scene and walking distance to the magnificent Pre-Columbian museum. Make sure to check out the ice cream shop across the street! Finally, I loved the courteous and helpful staff. The service is impeccable and deserve 10 out of 5 stars. After check-out, they even allowed us to use the spa to freshen up before our late flights. The rooftop bar was marvelous, offering a variety of drinks including one with calafate liqueur, which basically guarantees that we'll be back!

Idealmente localizado no centro de Santiago, o Hotel HW EXPRESS fica a 600 metros do Cerro Santa Lucia e a 800 metros do Museu de Arte Pré-Colombiana. Os quartos são maravilhosos, pq tivemos a experiência em 3 quartos diferentes. São exatamente com os da foto,os funcionários são super simpáticos e solícitos,sempre prontos para te ajudar.O café da manhã é razoável,com poucas opções,mas é bom.

This is a great hotel - we've been there 3 times already. The 24h reception is one of the reasons - we were always very well received at different times. The rooms are great, huge, spacious and very comfortable. Big bed, perfect toilet. Delicious and various breakfast. We recommend it!
