This is a family run business and you can feel it from the moment you arrive. They accommodated my early arrival by taking my luggage and the rest was fine. I got in late evening and someone was on duty to let me in. It was very clean, good hot shower, and at an unbeatable price. Made me feel safe and secure.

We had fantastic time in Brana Hotel. The location is perfect and safe. So many restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel provides good price taxi service. The staff Luisa and John were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The breakfasts were very nice, generous and everyday something different. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, however the jacuzzi is always occupied and people sit in it for hours without considering other people waiting. Rooms are situated around the pool, so it's very noisy, but it closes at 9 and the area becomes very peaceful. Room and bathroom was spotless, bed very comfy, Air-conditioning was running very smooth. Would be great if there was a small lamp, as the main light is very bright. I really recommend the place for an easy, pleasant and safe stay. I also recommend for Spanish speaking visitors to book one of the tours with the hotel. Memorable experience packed with so many attractions, it's almost hard to believe you can get for this price:)

The menu changes daily, and it's very tasty and filling! It's perfect if you need to eat in the morning and do a lot of walking around the city. We offer coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, fruit, and a choice of two breakfast options! We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! For a small additional fee, we got a room with a Jacuzzi, which was a wonderful idea after a long day! The rooftop has a beautiful view of the city, and there's also a Turkish sauna and two hot tubs with hot water. The rooftop restaurant is open late on weekdays, and you can order dinner either in your room or on the roof with a view. The food is delicious, and the staff is polite. There's a supermarket and a tasty Mi Arepa cafe with local cuisine nearby. The hotel gave us a good price for a taxi back to the airport, much cheaper than other taxi drivers. It cost us $22. I recommend this hotel! I would definitely come back!

I love how the staff treated you well and very friendly. Mirena is one of a kind and she is very helpful. She did arranged all my day excursions by making reservations and also on my way to the airport she called a taxi for me. My experience staying in the hotel is like home. I want to stay again in this hotel once I go back. Apart from this the hotel is centrally located to everything. It's quiet eventhough it's close to the pubs and disco houses.

Hotel Laureles Plaza has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Medellín. The property is situated 6.9 km from El Poblado Park, 7.5 km from Lleras Park and 5.6 km from Explora Park. As professional and facilitating as you would expect from a good hotel that understands hospitality. Great value for money, especially on this central location.
