When i booked the room, as a genius status, i had an upgrade in the room. The room wasnt available, the bathroom wasnt able. And they changed the room for another one that was good, but not the room i booked. The solved the problem changing us the room and leaving us two more hours to the the check out as courtesy.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, la habitación mucho más grande de lo que imaginé, la cama era muy comoda. La señora encantadora me llevó al aeropuerto sin ningún coste. Repetiría sin dudarlo!

I loved that this place was so clean and modern. It's pretty close to the airport/bus terminal and a short walk to the fancy mall (worth checking out). Our host was very communicative and we were able to leave some luggage with him when we went to the Galápagos.

The hosts were extremely helpful, even came and got us when we got lost. We don’t speak Spanish but our hosts spoke very good English which was a nice bonus.
