Offering a garden and sea view, Apartamento 12 Soles is situated in Alicante, 600 metres from Almadraba Beach and 1.3 km from Albufereta Beach. The layout of the apartment was very attractive and extremely effective, the view was amazing at any time in the day and night (specially the sun raises and sun sets) the cleanliness (super clean), the location was was great. Rebeca was friendly and very accommodating.

Situated in Alicante, 500 metres from San Juan Beach and 1.6 km from Cantalars Cove, Villamar - Relax, Sol y Playa offers a fitness centre and air conditioning. This property is wonderful. Francis is the perfect host and made everyone happy and relaxed. The apartment was very clean, too. There is a large swimming pool, better for summer than in April. There are tennis courts, too. A cafe is on site which has a bar and it was really nice. The Playa San Juan is just down the street and there are many restaurants on the beach there. We had a lovely lunch there one day. The tram is right in front of the apartment building so easy to get into to Alicante for a visit. This is a lovely part of Alicante, not very far from downtown but still within an easy tram ride or drive or taxi ride, not to mention the apartment location is pretty quiet for sleeping. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Francis.

Situated within the Cabo Huertas district in Alicante, Excepcional Apartamento AMANECER CABO a pie de playa y mar, NUEVO A ESTRENAR has air conditioning, a balcony, and garden views. The location is amazing. You can hear the water while you're lying in bed. It gets morning sun so you can see the sunrise or have direct light coming through until around lunch time. There's also a terrace right outside the glass window entry so tons of room to spread out while sitting or doing some yoga. This area is shared with two other units of the same type. There is a second shared lower level terrace with more seating before a gate directly onto the beach. The flat is only a 30-minute car ride from the airport and 15 minutes from the city. You're at the end of the beach so one side is bustling with restaurants and bars while the other is more wild along the coast with residential properties nearby. It's very safe. The host was kind and very helpful. Replied very quickly to all my messages and check in was easy. We were also given local recommendations. Check out was similarly simple and our late check out was accommodated. The property is new and clean. All the facilities you could possibly need are there: toaster, mini kettle, espresso machine, hob, cooking equipment. The water pressure in the shower is 10/10 and the bed was very comfortable for me. I dislike soft floppy (worn) mattresses and slept amazing on the hotel quality linens. There is also a smart TV and wifi.

Lovely family home. Clean, well-resourced and lots of care taken to provide a great holiday experience. Excellent communication and consideration.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a patio, Apartamento Levante is set in Alicante. Boasting a lift, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Thank you for the very nice welcome and the opportunity to stay in a great apartment. For a family of 4, the biggest advantages of the apartment were direct contact with the swimming pool. you leave the apartment and in 30 seconds you can cool down in nice water. The pool is large and cleaned daily. Because the pool is sunny every day, it is warmer than others in the area. The apartment has all basic amenities. Air conditioning is a nice addition. The apartment is clean and quiet, close to restaurants and bars, and a children's playroom. We met very nice neighbors. Importantly for us, there was no problem with parking a large car. There is also a separate place for bicycles. The owner is very helpful and cordial.

Manuel was a fantastic host. He is helpful, kind and very generous. We loved the apartment, the location was perfect and we can't fault anything. If I'm being picky, then I'd say the pillows on the bed weren't that comfortable, but with everything else being so amazing, the pillows were fine 😂. Thanks Manuel, we would love to visit again in the future!

Amazing location, right on the beach. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Manuel couldn’t have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this property.
