All we have are good things to say about all the hotel. Really good location and easy access just in front of a Metro Station. The staff is great, always available to help you in every point of your state. Cristina helped our check-in process to be really smooth nad gave us tons of advices about the hotel and the surroundings! The room was big, with a comfortable bed, a big enough desk and a big bathroom. The windows had a street view, but no sound was heard from the street, ever. It was great for our rest.

The property was immaculate throughout, the bedroom was spot on. We travelled with a group of us and would highly recommend for anyone wanting to be close but not too close to the Santiago Bernabeu! The rainfall shower was a lovely way to wake up! Great street of bars for food and drinks just around the corner & a small supermarket right next door!
