First, the staff of Hotel Mora are available 24/7, they are super friendly and helpful. The location is ideal -- a short walk to the train station, across the street from the botanical garden, short walk to Retiro Park, El Prado, and a million great restaurants. Rooms are smallish but very well appointed and comfortable. We had a balcony with a view of the botanical garden. Also, the hotel cafe is really excellent.

Everything was perfect, from the staff, the room, the location... 5 minutes walk to the Grand Via. Very accessible Hotel, from the Airport with only one bus.

It’s the best location one can get for this price . Breakfast was equally good . Staff is extremely nice and friendly helpful . Complementary drinks( juice , coke ,water etc no hotel I think during my stay offered . Extremely happy

Located on Paseo del Prado Boulevard and offering wonderful views of the Neptune Fountains, NH Collection Madrid Paseo del Prado offers free WiFi, an on-site restaurant, and gym with city views. Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Fantastic breakfast and very nice and professional staff. Very complete gym on the top floor with a great view. Will definitely stay there again, next time in Madrid. You feel like home.

We had the room on the 6th floor which was spacious with good views to the old town over the roof tops and it was accessible by lift.
