The staff is very friendly and always available to provide information and tips about Seville. Our demands were promptly met. I highlight the excellent work of the hotel's cleaning and hygiene team.

Perfect hotel for a city break. Location and staff were excellent. Rooms cleaned every day with free water and juices replaced. Chocolate left on the bed every evening.
