I loved everything about this hotel. It was definitely the best decision to stay in this place, I was completely satisfied with everything. The best place to stay if you want to get to know the city of Liverpool. It has an excellent location, it is close to all the tourist sites within a 5 minute walk, it is also right next to the Beatles museum and in front of the big wheel of the city. you have everything at hand, restaurants, stores and even the river to go for a walk. The view from my room was unbeatable, and the cleanliness of all the facilities is something to be highlighted

L emplacement proche des docks et du centre ville nous a plu. Ainsi que le petit déjeuner et la piscine un vrai plus après une journée cela fait du bien.

Situé dans le centre de Liverpool, l'Excelsior Apartments offre une vue sur le Royal Liver Buildings et la rivière Mersey. Les appartements se trouvent à 550 mètres de Pier Head. The location was SO convenient for the Albert dock and for Liverpool City centre in general. The rooms were spacious, clean, well stocked (lots of towels, plenty of hangers) and the aircon was appreciated, the kitchen also had all the bits we needed. The highlight though was probably Kevin! His communication was so attentive and accommodating - his friendliness made our trip extra special!

Spacious, great air conditioning. Very quiet area, away from the bustle of town, but still within walking distance. Access instructions to the building and apartment were clear and simple. Would definitely stay here again.
