This 5-star hotel in the district of Knightsbridge includes a spa, pool and gym. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very attentive. The hotel has a handheld bidet which is great. They have upgraded our room to a garden suite, which really made us very happy and comfortable.

The location was incredibly convenient in central London. The hotel rooms were chic, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I really enjoyed the quality of the food at the restaurant when I dined there for dinner, not to mention the elegant decor. The lounge downstairs had a wonderful vibe and drinks as well. The staff were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help!

Everything was perfect, the staff and concierge paid a lot of attention to us and made our stay there very pleasant.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The staff were extremely friendly, and accommodating. The hotel lobby and rooms were very beautifully designed and comfortable. There are very cool cafes and shops close by. Unfortunately, I arrived too late to check out the wonderful restaurant next door, but it looked amazing. I was easily able to walk to Victoria station to take the Gatwick Express to catch my flight out in the morning. I enjoyed this hotel thoroughly. I would 100% stay there again.
