Everything was perfect, the staff and concierge paid a lot of attention to us and made our stay there very pleasant.

This stylish 4-star hotel is 400 metres from London Victoria Station and the Gatwick Express. The modern air-conditioned rooms have free internet access, minibars, flat-screen TVs and DVD players. We were very happy with the hotel. Initially we were given a room that had not been renovated, I politely explained that my husband and I were celebrating his birthday and the room was disappointing. We were found a room which was very nice and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location, for those who like to walk then within walking distance of both Westminster and Kensington and also thanks to Victoria station the whole of London is a tube/train ride away. We liked the fact that the hotel is on a quiet street and after a long day of crowds and hustle and bustle you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Yes, the rooms are small but that's what they are in most London hotels.

The staff were super friendly, the room was really cozy and clean....the soap and shampoo was lovely! I loved everything! The Battery next door has lovely breakfast and lunch, drinks and coffee. Super friendly staff there as well! Can,t wait to go back!
