The staff were exceptional everyone of them worked to make our stay an amazing experience, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my mom and I have an exceptional experience. From the warm greetings upon arrival to the attentive service throughout, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized approach made me feel valued and well-cared for. I highly recommend staying here for a truly unforgettable experience, where the exceptional staff sets a new standard in hospitality, the ladies at the spa took care of me and my mom while i was sick. The people who checked us in and out were amazing by accommodating our needs and offering workaround solutions for a very late checkout. The staff at the in room dyeing and most of all the cleaning staff they were the actual heroes of the whole experience. I love them all from the moment we walked until we left we were treated like one of their own families. This is my real honest opinion

Je to nový, moderný hotel s výbornými službami a extra milým a profesionálnym personálom. Izba bola pomerne veľká a čistá. Všetko prebehlo v poriadku od check in až po check out. Hotel sa nachádza v perfektnej lokalite blízko stanice Victoria (metro aj bus na skok). Raňajky boli tiež na veľmi vysokej úrovni, veľký výber jedál a opäť milý personál. Ďakujem, rád sa vrátim zase aj nabudúce.

Set just steps from St James's Park, Buckingham Palace, and the Houses of Parliament, Conrad London St. The hospitality was top notch The breakfast was top service, the food was delicious and filling and the staff was wonderful. The free water bottles in each room was amazing
