Their knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized approach made me feel valued and well-cared for. I highly recommend staying here for a truly unforgettable experience, where the exceptional staff sets a new standard in hospitality, the ladies at the spa took care of me and my mom while i was sick. The people who checked us in and out were amazing by accommodating our needs and offering workaround solutions for a very late checkout. The staff at the in room dyeing and most of all the cleaning staff they were the actual heroes of the whole experience. I love them all from the moment we walked until we left we were treated like one of their own families. This is my real honest opinion

Set just steps from St James's Park, Buckingham Palace, and the Houses of Parliament, Conrad London St. The hospitality was top notch The breakfast was top service, the food was delicious and filling and the staff was wonderful. The free water bottles in each room was amazing

Combining modern comforts with Victorian opulence, this Grade II listed railway hotel is in the heart of the of London Victoria. What a wonderful gem! Very nice decor that suits the property. Excellent breakfast buffet, Very nice, elegant restaurant and bar. Very clean. Very polite and helpful staff. Congratulations to all working and maintaining this place!
