The best thing about it was the staff; they were truly personable, friendly, and sweet. They made my stay! Other than that, the location was fab (moments from Oxford street but in a quiet area) and the room was spacious. Next time I’ll try the spa!

Featuring design to reflect contemporary London life, Charlotte Street Hotel also boasts features of classic elegance such as period fireplaces and a wood-panelled library room. The service was excellent at the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant especially the new girl I don’t know her name but she is from Albania, the door man was also fabulous. We loved the dressing gowns super luxurious. Also the coffee was outstanding.

Situated 5 minutes’ walk from Oxford Street, The Soho Hotel features a fully equipped gym with an on-site personal trainer. The team were SO helpful and I really enjoyed talking with them. They went above and beyond at every step. Amazing!
