All amenities available, including umbrellas, that was very useful. The staff is very nice and helpful. We recommend it.

The hotel is very cool and stylish, clean, just a block away from the nearest station and Kabukicho. On a big street but without street noise. The staff is very helpful, theh gave us an iron and kept our luggage flr free after check out. Great value for money. Have in mind that there is no wardrobe or drawers in the room.

Open from April 2015, Hotel Gracery Shinjuku offers comfortable rooms, free WiFi and a restaurant, only a 5-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station’s east exit. Seibu Shinjuku Station is a 3-minute walk.... perfect breakfast, European as well as japanese. The room was clean and cosy.

Two huge TV’s, two fridges and a very luxurious Japanese toilet. There are no bars or anything in the hotel, but you don’t need that. It’s in the heart of a very lively part of Tokyo, so everything is right there. Our room was the whole floor. They left us alone completely unless we asked for anything. On our way out they asked if we needed the room to be done completely or just needed fresh towels and restock on the fridge. Now I think of it: I think we forgot to drink all the champagne
