I felt like I was alone on the entire floor. My room was at the end of the hall and I didn't hear any noise around my room. Breakfasts are served in a nice spacious dining room. Easy access from train station, just walk over the bridge and you will see the hotel. Walk within 5 min to the hotel. It is very close to the fish market and one train stop to TeamLab. The view is magnificent when you are having hot spring bath open air for free and you can see Tokyo Tower and Skytree.

The breakfast was good value. The room is clean and there was daily room cleaning during our stay. The bed was super comfortable. We were able to recharge at the hotel after a long day out. It is 7 minutes walking to small world and easily accessible to Odaiba. The laundry is handy to have.
