It is very close to the fish market and one train stop to TeamLab. The view is magnificent when you are having hot spring bath open air for free and you can see Tokyo Tower and Skytree.

Very handy to have after a long international flight. The reception is really helpful. They help me filled out the form for luggage transfer. The breakfast was good value. The room is clean and there was daily room cleaning during our stay. The bed was super comfortable. We were able to recharge at the hotel after a long day out. It is 7 minutes walking to small world and easily accessible to Odaiba. The laundry is handy to have.
