This place pays attention to the small details and that really helps enhance your stay. It’s a small room, normal for Japan and perfect for solo travelers as I didn’t feel crowded at all, and I had a big luggage plus a carry on. The staff is helpful, everything is clean and it’s nearby metro and walking distance of cool areas and places. Amazing stay!

Especially Hiroko, the shift manager. -Although the room was quite small, the hotel was clean and nice and located near important transport nodes. -Complimentary coffee and top floor living room.

The size of the room bigger than expected. The possibility to leave the unused luggage for 4 days during local trip around Japan. Tea and coffee offered in the lobby. A great variety of amenities. Pijama and slippers in the room. Laundry room is very useful. Breakfast was good for Japanese style and a bit limited choice for Western style but overall the service was excellent and the location is super convenient, few minutes from Shimbashi station. The hotel was perfect.

The staff were very courteous and explained everything very well. Loved that the hotel was a 10-minute walk from a few stations. Helped us get around very comfortably. There's a supermarket just a few buildings away too, which is great!

The location is really good. Lots of dining options around and only 5 mins from the Shimbashi station. I like the day bed in the room which turns out to be quite comfy to sleep on. (We have a corner twin room and while it technically sleeps two adults and two kids, the beds are small.).

Free WiFi is available in guest rooms. having 14m2 in the middle of Tokyo, 100% clean, for 45€ per night I believe is unbeatable. as highlighted in other comments, mattress is indeed v hard but I personally like that.
