The staff was very helpful (they even helped us with luggage delivery service). They gave us a free upgrade, and our new room had an awesome view of Tokyo Sky Tree. The room had great facilities, the kitchen had a fridge, a small oven and microwave oven, and the bathroom had a washing machine.

Their rooms were well appointed and immaculately clean albeit small in size. Still, its comfort was supreme! Breakfast was well worth it with well made dishes. Staff was very welcoming and highly service oriented.

The personal attention, warmth and kindness of the staff and style of imperial makes it special. I stayed here 19 years ago with my grandparents and loved it then. This was my 2nd stay and even after so many years it maintains the same style and grandeur. As we had a child we were given an early checkin as soon as we reached. We had a beautiful room, excellent breakfast, the pool and spa are really nice.
