Everything about my stay was wonderful. It was more like staying with friends. Such a warm welcome from Antonia and Wilson. The breakfast was wonderful. Fresh fruit, ceral and yoghurt and juice. Then a choice of eggs, sausages etc. I had dinner twice, and lunch once, a good selection of food, allbeautifully prepared and presented. When my iPhone cable became faulty they got me a replacement. It's a very safe environment, set in a gated community. I will definitely return.

Offering an outdoor pool and a tennis court, Yaya Hotel & Apartments is located in Nairobi. Guests receive free WiFi access and the use of BBQ facilities and a children's playground. The apartment was beautiful and at the center of everywhere we needed to visit, it was a one bedroom apartment and the bedroom was on the top floor. Great value for money I must say.

El Four Points By Sheraton Nairobi Hurlingham, situado en Nairobi, a 2,8 km del centro internacional de conferencias de Kenyatta, cerca de varios lugares de interés conocidos, a unos 8 minutos a pie... The kind staff make us comfortable. They try to give the best favor. Pool on the roof top was great. It was even warm. Thank you for making the honey moon room.

Saggys Suites Hotel & Spa tiene piscina al aire libre, jardín, salón de uso común y restaurante en Nairobi. Este hotel de 4 estrellas ofrece bar. I recently stayed at Saggys for 5 nights for the beginning of my month long birthday vacation in Kenya. The staff and their customer service was superb! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious and clean. There is a stove, microwave, mini fridge and kettle to make hot water for coffee & tea which was provided daily. Water was also provided in the room with other snacks and drinks for purchase. All of the linen and towels are beautifully embroidered with the Saggys logo. Comfortable robe and slippers were provided for my stay. There was an ironing board in the closet. No iron. When I needed to iron I requested one from the front desk and someone brought one to my suite. Saggy branded umbrellas came in handy. They were available for my use. The food was delicious. The dishes were served with much thought and care with nice presentation. If you like or love coffee Saggys will be a dream for you. They have espresso makers and make wonderful coffee and coffee drinks. Note: the coffee provided in the room is instant so go to the restaurant for the good stuff. No pots and pans for cooking nor dishwashing liquid and sponge for cleaning. My used dishes were replaced in the cupboards with clean ones by the housekeepers everyday during my room cleanings. My Amenities were restocked everyday. There is a little bit of traffic noise from the street, but the hotel and neighborhood that it is in is relatively quiet. The gym is not extensive. It covers the basics with treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, resistance bands, towels, tv and water. Saggys is not in an area where you can walk to nearby sights. Rideshare, taxi or public transportation is needed. The day of my birthday every staff member that I came in contact with wished me a happy birthday. I was surprised that everyone knew that it was my birthday. That evening I received juice, cake and the happy birthday song. So many of the Saggy staff came to celebrate me.

The staffs are very polite, and I can respect them because they took care of me about many things during stay. The room and all facilities are comfy. Breakfast was so good. I loved nyama choma restaurant near hotel. One of the staffs introduced me to this restaurant.
