The staff were amazing, so organised for our arrival at 1am in the morning, made it extremely easy and efficient for us to then get some sleep after 24hrs of travelling.

I had a real surprise when I returned to the room on my birthday night. The room was decorated with balloons and birthday banner. Oh, not forgetting a birthday cake too. Their housekeeper, Chiraphom, knows and exceeded our expectation. I am very impressed with her gesture and thoughtfulness showered.

Nine Design Place is set in the Siam district in Bangkok, 200 metres from Jim Thompson's House (Museum). The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen cable TV. everything is perfect！ I would like to give 20 based on 10 points maximum.

Superb location. Hotel upgraded my room booking as a surprise. Loved it. The concierge is very helpful with details. The hotel entrance guards and reception provided a very warm welcome and also farewell. Breakfast had excellent variety of food. Definitely will stay there again with my family in my next visit.

Conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from National Stadium BTS Skytrain Station in downtown Bangkok, Happy 3 boasts an indoor pool and comfortable rooms decorated in soft tones. Amazing staff !! They were so helpful even though we checked out at 12:00, they allowed us to have a shower on the 2nd floor next to the swimming pool area, because our flight was at 20:00. The location was perfect walking distance to MBK and other malls.

Stayed from Aug 2 to Aug 5. Walking distance from bts station, mbk center shopping mall, 3 Siam shopping malls which are almost interconnected together. All these shopping malls have great food courts with a huge number of food shops. Location is in a peaceful area opposite to the MBK Center. Good for family vacation as I was with my family. Busy area of Asoke very close too, by bts sky train. Using the sky train and the underground train, you can go to many areas of Bangkok easily.
