I loved the balcony . it is exactly what I expect and want from a trip to Thailand not over elaborate. I want to feel like I was in Thailand and koh samet does and this accommodation is the cherry on top. I been to Thailand 17 times ( stayed many hotels) this is top 3 for what I personally desire! the pictures on booking .com are exactly what you get for a change.

Located within a 1-minute walk of Sai Kaew Beach and 0.6 miles of Ao Phai Beach, Baan Mulan has rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ko Samed. Old man owner is of the purest of hearts. Made us feel so welcomed and bent over backwards to make sure our stay was as great as possible. Room was a good size, very clean and better than the picture advertised.

Clean and great staff! Great room with bathtub on the ground floor! No beach super close but the hotel itself made up for that. Would recommend!
