Located in the heart of Downtown Boston, this Hyatt is a short walk from shopping and dining at historic Faneuil Hall. Room comfort. I am handicapped. The bathroom is fully prepared for guests like me. The bed was super comfortable. Loved the control operated curtains and shades.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This hotel is close to everything! We walked all over the city from the front door of the hotel. There are subway stops just outside. The wharf is just across the street. The room included a mini fridge for storing our pastries from North End. We will definitely go back and stay in this hotel.
